Apparentlyfully recovered, he was discharged and returned to theemploy of the Telephone Company, lieing assigned to the po-sition of Wire Chief at Fresno. Here he was prospering andvery happy with his wife and daughter. Suddenly, he wastaken ill about the 20th of September, 1920. and only liveda few days. His untimely passing has saddened the heartsof his old comrades as he was much beloved by all.
