Air Force recruits with the 145th Student Flight, are inspected by medical personnel and tagged after an explosion occurred during an exercise held at the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) Base, Charlotte Douglas Intl. airport, Dec. 4, 2016. The purpose of the exercise is to test the NCANG’s ability to carry out security measures, respond to a biological agent, and provide emergency medical treatment in a real-world scenario.
