Riley and I-Vench acoimnittee to select a lot upon which to erect an engine house, and on December21st the committee reported in favor of the rear portion of the City Hall on Tennessee avenue. On January 4. 1873. the committees report wasaccepted and a committee consisting of Messrs. Erench. Riley, bihnson andShinn appointed and to secure bids for the building.
