Construction workers working on Spain Pavilion


The International Exhibition of Zaragoza (Spain) was an international exhibition recognized (International Exhibition) celebrating in Zaragoza from June 14 to September 14, 2008 and whose main theme was "Water and sustainable development". The location of the Exhibition site was part of it: in a curve Ebro river makes on its way through the city. Some buildings and known spaces the Expo were: The Spain Pavilion, the architect Patxi Mangado. Climatically building is sustainable, whose cooling is produced naturally by rainwater. Its structure resembles a forest. The Aragon Pavilion, architects Olano and Mendo. Externally it resembles a wicker basket.
