Harefield, UK. 27th January, 2023. From this week, Hillingdon Council have put in place new parking restrictions on part of Moorhall Road by the HS2 compound that will stop HS2 staff and others parking their cars on the busy road used by vehicles including numerous HS2 haulage lorries. The experimental parking restrictions apply from 8am to from Monday to Saturday.
