Southern European Task Force, Africa hosted a best medic competition assessment and selection from 13-14 Feb., at Caserma Del Din/Caserma Ederle in order to select the best medics to represent 173rd Airborne Brigade in the FY24 Army Best Medic Competition. The 24-hour selection program measures a range of critical skills, including trauma care, emergency medicine, and physical fitness. Through rigorous and competitive scenarios, the selection program serves to elevate and showcase the proficiency of medics, fostering a culture of excellence within military medical teams. Army
