Police escort Kurdish protest march in London
Kurdish protesters assembled outside the Turkish embassy in Belgrave Square London on Friday afternoon, to protest about the killings in Turkey of what is alleged were a group of smugglers on Thursday. The London protest outside the Turkish Embassy later moved to Whitehall when a group broke away from the Embassy protest, police quickly contained the group until arrangements were made to facilitate the march to Downing Street following brief negotiations with police.
