ScanEagle is an affordable, runway-independent, long-endurance, autonomous, unmanned vehicle designed to provide persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance date, and battlefield damage assessment and/or communications relay. Currently in use by Marine Corps in Iraq, ScanEagle UAVs have surpassed over 3000 combat flight hours in ten months. The daylong UAV demonstration highlights unmanned technology and capabilities from the military and industry and offers a unique opportunity to display and demonstrate full-scale systems and hardware.
