Veterinarian Medical Association (MW) Carl Friedman, Animal Care & Control (CF) Donald Bird, EQUP (DB) Lisa Vittori, SF DOG (LV) Laurie Kennedy, SF SPCA (LK) Sgt. William Herndon), SF Police Department (WH) Marybeth Wallace, Coleman Advocates (MBW) Mark Heath, CA Native Plant Society (MH) Representing Recreation and Park Group were: Dan McKenna, (DM) Frank Cassinelli, (FC) ABSENT: Dog Advisory Committee Members, Hilary Amsberry Co-chair, SF Department of the Environment (HA), Erin Farrell, PAWS, and Arthur Feinstein, Golden Gate Audubon Society (AF) 2. Ground Rules, (Discussion Introduction of Committee Chairs): MW announced the resignation of Erin Farrell from PAWS and will seek another recommendation from the group for Elizabeth Goldstein's consideration. He also noted the ground rules for both members and the public including issues of mutual respect as well as how the public must submit speaker's cards. LV asked when by- DOCUMENTS DEPT.
