Blake Ashford, from Loves Park, Ill., assigned to the Expeditionary Medical Facility, Camp Lemonnier, scans identification cards for patients that received their Moderna COVID-19 vaccine during the base’s second vaccination event on Feb. 27, 2021. Ashford is scanning IDs for vaccine administration tracking purposes. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables , allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
