With his consent the flag was presented to the New YorkAssociation at a reunion held at Jamaica, N. Y., June 27th, 1898. made an appropriate presentation speech and the gift was acknowl-edged by Col. Riley. During the past few years the meetings have been infrequent, the lastone having occurred June 11th, 1905, at the residence of Hugh McDonaldin Philadelphia. There were present.
