Graffiti seen outside Joe Biden's childhood home in Biden was born and grew up in Scranton, he on Monday visited his childhood home and left a message on the family room wall. Supporters came to the house on North Washington Street in Scranton after Biden won the elections, a constant stream of cars drive by beeping, cheering and dancing outside his home.
