FORT KNOX, Ky. - Master Sgt. Steven Folsom was laterally promoted to first sergeant during a ceremony on Fort Knox, Kentucky, Aug. 20. Following the promotion, Headquarters Support Company, V Corps, held a change of responsibility ceremony where Folsom relieved 1st Sgt. Thomas Elkins as first sergeant of HSC.
