030528-N-5362A-001 Al Hillah, Iraq (May, 28, 2003) - Construction Electrician 2nd Class Jason Steinke, a Navy Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One Five (NMCB-15), tours an Iraqi jail to make an assessment of the electrical needs of the building before a team of Seabees begin restoring the compound.
