MUGU, Calif. (March 7, 2018) Civil Engineer Corps Officers School Basic students use a terrain model while giving an engineering reconnaissance brief during a five-day field training exercise (FTX). An integral part of the school’s training cycle, the FTX emphasizes leadership, teamwork and accountability, which students will need to be successful when leading Seabees in naval construction force expeditionary units.
