Mini car factory. Newly-built Mini being quality tested at BMW's Plant Oxford site, Cowley, England, UK. This plant runs for 22 hours a day, 7 days a week and a completed car rolls off the production line every 60 seconds. There are only ever 60 members of staff tending and observing the robots on the production floor during each shift. Here, the sound produced by the exhaust system is being measured in a soundproof room (on screen) in order to ensure it meets the legal decibel limit.
