Shelton Carr, a crane operator with the 441st Transportation Company (Seaport Operations), move cargo containers that are being transported to a tractor trailer for distribution during the Big Logistics-Over-The-Shore (BIGLOTS) exercise on Military Ocean Terminal Concord, Calif., Aug. 1, 2015.
