Elbulli 1846 Museum located in Cala Montjoi de Rosas reopens transformed into a multidisciplinary space, Catalonia, Spain

With nearly 4,000 square meters, Enric Ruiz-Geli, the architect in charge of the transformation of El Bulli, brings us sixty-nine artistic, conceptual, and audiovisual installations. El Bulli 1846 aims to illustrate, through its spaces, how and why El Bulli was a gastronomic revolution and a paradigm shift in the culinary world. Among its facilities, the one that most attracts attention is the exact reconstruction of the restaurant's dining room. They will also take us on a tour of the entire creative process, as well as audiovisual material of the 1846 gastronomic creations that took place there. The BulliDNA, with an external architecture fully integrated into the Cap de Creus, will show us all the Bulli Foundation projects, from 2011 to today.
