The station was established April 23d, and has been equipjjedwith a full set of standard instruments, U. S. Weather Bureaupattern. Observations will begin May ist. Browns Mills issituated in the heart of the Pines, which stretches almostacross Central New Jersey. The Inn is about twenty milesfrom the Sea Coast, and the elevation above sea level, is nearlyone hundred feet.
