Gongrefs proceeded to the eledion of a commillioner inpurfuance of the refolution of the 13th April, 1785, inthe room of Mr. Parfons, who has refigned 5 and the bal-lots being taUen, Mr. Edward Fox was eleded, having been previoufiynominated by Mr. Pettit. Congrefs refumed the confideration of a report of a com-mittee, confiiiing of Mr. , Mr. Long, Mr. Johnfon,Mr. Bull, Mr. Carrington, Mr. Henry and Mr. Kean, towhom was referred a motion of Mr. King, together witha motion of the delegates of Virginia on the fubjed of thefettlement of the accounts of individual ftates with theUnited States, which report being in the nature of anC)rdinance was debated by paragraphs ; and the firft andlecond paragraphs being amended to read as follows:.
