Residents of Cikareumbi Village take part in the tomato fight. The tomato war is tradition of getting rid of rotten tomatoes, especially by tomato farmers after yields that are valued very low on the market. All tomatoes thrown as ‘bullets’ are collected again to be used as compost material and vegetable fertilisers.
