Respresentatives from the Southern California Edison utilities company met with Army Reserve Maj. Gen. Brian E. Alvin, commanding general, 63d Readiness Division at the Sgt. James Witkowski Armed Forces Reserve Center in Mountain View, Calif., on Nov. 7, 2017, to award a check for the participation of the Army Reserve Center, Tustin, Calif., in the Savigns by Design program. One of the Army Reserve's priorities is to be a good steward of the communities and environment in which operational exercises take place.
