Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 58th Infantry Regiment welcomed Class 23-006 on 21 October 2022 with an early understanding of the legacy they’ll carry and the kind of warfighter they’ll be 22 weeks later. The event “The First 100 Yards,” an homage to their lineage of closing the last 100 yards of the fight, incorporates teamwork into a competition that features mental and physical challenges.
