A flagship 160-seat restaurant for ASK Italian. The design is the realisation of a new brand vision. It is a market-leading design that enables the brand to stand out in a very competitive and crowded market place. The design is intended to be fresh, authentic and vibrant whilst also warm and comfortable. Although open plan and open fronted, the restaurant is designed as a series of “rooms”, each with a different character and atmosphere that works as a inviting whole when viewed from the mall.
