After the recognition ceremony, the Soldiers conducted a tour of their living and working areas, with stops at the battalion's deployment center, motor pool and Quality Assurance Quality Control center, barracks and Bn. headquarters. At the end of the day, Brig. Gen. Hoyle and Command Sgt. Maj. Carr held a listening session with the Soldiers, offering the Soldiers a safe space to discuss personal experiences and the Army's efforts to advance diversity, equality, and inclusion across the ranks.
