Plastinated body exhibit, muscles dissection. The technique of plastination conserves dead bodies by replacing water and fat with plastic. The technique preserves detailed anatomy, so the bodies can be dissected and put on display. Here, the arm, leg and back muscles have been partially dissected and splayed outwards from their normal positions. Photographed at the 'Our Body' exhibition, in Lyon, France.
