ATLANTA, 8 Jan. 2015 — Being sworn in as the 82nd Governor of the state of Georgia the Honorable Nathan Deal began his second term Monday. Deal, his wife Sandra by his side, installed newly elected and appointed state officers and laid out his plan to continue to focus on Georgia’s progress affording more opportunity for the citizens and extending a chance at new beginnings for those rebounding from legal issues and the youngest citizens of the state who do not yet have a place at the polling stations. Reinforcing his commitment to the safety of the citizens, the Governor closed the ceremony
