Villa Schmidt was built in Konigsberg in the Amalienau district at the intersection of Kerteallee and Adalbertstrasse on the northeast corner of Luisen Platz in 1909 by architect Wilhelm Warrentrapp. The villa belonged to Karl Schmidt, Eduard's son. The two-storey building under a hip tiled roof combines the features of Romanticism and Art Nouveau and has the following architectural features: risalites, bay windows, multi-level roof, many dormer windows, window openings of various shapes, half-timbered elements and stucco in the decorative design of facades.
