The widely heralded trip up the Co- lumbia river will be taken on Satur- day on the steamer Bailey Gatzert. This promises to be the crowning event of the convention and, because of the fame of that section as a Mecca for travelers seeking beautiful scenery, the nurserymen naturally are looking forward to an exceptionally profitable trip, A banquet will be served aboard the steamer and there will be other fea- tures of entertainment. A distinctive feature of all sessions of the A. A. N. will be the musical pro- gram that will be rendered before each is called to order. Secretary Hall's Bulletin. For the information of the delegates to the convention, Secretary Hall issues the following bulletin: The secretary expects to be in his office at the Hotel Multnomah, imme- diately after the arrival of the Roches- ter special, at 10:35 p. m. June 17. Each member must register at once on arrival and receive his badge. Do not leave badge book at home. Those desiring to join the American Association should see the secretary or his assistant. Membership fee is $5, including badge book of over 150 pages and souvenir badge.
