Inside the Restricted Area around the former Stasi Prisen Hohenschönhausen, east Berlin. The image has been taken looking away from the prison. This area was not open to the public during the Cold War as it housed the administration offices for the secret police (Stasi). Although open to the public today the area has a very surreal atmosphere, not helped by the fact all the office blocks are now empty and the whole area generally devoid of life.
