These switches are of the cellular type, each polebeing mounted in a separate concrete compartment, ar-ranged in one row. Directly back of these cells are thebus-bar compartments. The static discharges and discon-necting switches are between the bus-bar compartments andthe wall. The switches are in brick compartments.
