"Food ?Value of Honey;" "How Comb and Extracted Honey is Produced;" "Why Honey Granulates, and How to Liquefy the Same;" "Why Different Flavors of Honey from Different Flowers;" "Why Use Honey in Cooking in Place of Sugar;" "Where to Keep Honey," and over one hun- dred recipes for the use of honey in cooking, candies, cough syrups, creams, and soaps—-58 pages ; ~ of valuable information.
