Sacré-Cœur Basilica at the summit of Montmartre, the highest point in Paris. Taken from the Rue de l'Abreuvoir

There is a nostalgia for the Belle Époque that is captured in the streets and alleys of Montmartre. Although the Renoir's and Picasso's are long gone, a stroll through the Montmartre still provides tremendous opportunity for the artist. This photograph was taken on a rare quiet moment on the Rue de l'Abreuvoir after the rains.
