SAN ANTONIO – Army Reserve combat veteran, Joe Ocha, is one of the many firefighters participating in the San Antonio 110 committee’s 9/11 Memorial Climb, Sept 11, 2016. The event, held in the heart of downtown San Antonio at the Tower of the Americas, pays tribute to the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
