Brasilia City museum (Museu da Cidade) dedicated to preserving the history of Brasília’s construction, which was opened in 1960 on Three Powers Square (Praça dos Tres Podere) in Brasilia, Brazil. At the main entrance to the museum is a Head bust of Israel Pinheiro. The building was designed by Oscar Niemeyer to pay tribute to Brazilian president Juscelino Kubitschek, and to portray and preserve the history of the construction of Brasilia
