The 223rd Regional Training Institute cadre and Low’s unit sponsor, Sgt. Kyle Jordan, look on. Low moved through the stations until he retrieved his rifle and then sprints 50 meters and fires at targets, some with hostage markers on them. Time and hits are counted in the end.
