Dumortierl. A most useful variety, growing about 2 feet high, with clusters of Lily-like flowers of a soft rich yellow, exterior bronzy-orange. Fnlva {Tawny Day Lily). Tawny orange-colored flowers, excellent for planting among shrubbery. Flava ( Yellow Day Lily). A most useful and desirable her- baceous plant, producing its large fragrant yellow flowers during July and August in the greatest profusion ; the plants grow about 3 feet high. IvVVailSO {Double Orange Lily). A double-flowering form of the Orange Lily, and a most desirable herbaceous plant, that deserves being planted very largely; large orange-col- ored flowers shaded copper; blooms the greater part of summer. 15 cts. each; $L50 per doz.,except where noted ; the set of 5 for $ DREER'S Superb Double Hollyhocks. Few hardy plants combine as many good qualities as the Hollyhock. For planting in rows or groups on the lawn, or for interspersing among shrubbery, they are invaluable. The flowers form perfect rosettes of the most lovely shades of yellow, crimson, rose, pink, orange, white, etc. The Hollyhock requires a rich, deep soil, well drained, and will repay in quantity and elegance of bloom any extra care. A slight protection during the winter will be beneficial. (See cut.)
