As faras inquiries go this proved the largestdeer killed in Peterborough Countv lastyear. As to trapping there were also somegood records. Mr. Edward ^^ set alynx trap near his cottage at Jacks Lakeand later on missed the trap. A fort-night afterwards Mr. Wiggs son w-holives on Cranberry Lake, eleven milesawav, killed a Ivnx and found the animal.
