In Bohemia the Czechs arein the majority, but they do not totalmore than 75 per cent of the entirepopulation. If we except the southern provinceswe find everywhere from 15 to 3 0 percent Germans; the balance is com-posed of Italians, Croats and otherSouth-Slavs such as Serbs, etc. Itwould be impossible to say, therefore,that the Italians or Slavs anywhereamount to three-fourths of the popu-lation.
