Capt. Christopher Shineman, Capt. Paul Koviuk, Command Sgt. Maj. Fred Waymire and Lt. Col Jack Gray, all with the 317th Military Police Battalion from Tampa, Fla., participate in the Defense Support of Civil Authority (DSCA) training exercise ‘Vigilant Guard’ from March 27 to April 2, 2017 at Fort Stewart, Ga. The training scenario required Army Reserve and National Guard troops to respond to a category 3 hurricane.
