A big crowd of Palestinians attend the funeral of Yaser Murtaja, a photojournalist who died of his wounds after being shot in the stomach by Israeli soldiers during Friday's “March of Return” rallies in Gaza. Murtaja, a 31 years-old photographer with the “Eye Media Agency”, was covering the mass demonstration on the east of the Khan Younis city, in the south of the Gaza Strip, when he was shot in spite of wearing a press blue flak jacket. Israeli troops have killed 7 Palestinian protestors and injured 200 during the March of Return rallies on the second consecutive Friday, with the death toll

Israeli troops have killed 7 Palestinian protestors and injured 200 during the March of Return rallies on the second consecutive Friday, with the death toll reaching 27 since last Friday. There have not been any Israeli casualties so far. The UN and EU have called for an independent inquiry into last two Fridays' events in regard to Israel's application of disproportionate force against the protesters. Hamas' Political Bureau Chief, Ismael Haniya, was present at the ceremony at the Great Mosque in Gaza City
