Atop the summit of the Pyramid in Gordonvale, Queensland in Australia looking down the Goldsborough valley with the Gillies range in the distance.

Walsh's Pyramid walk is a grade 5 hike at Gordonvale just south of Cairns on the Bruce Highway. It is incredibly steep and relentless until you reach the peak from the start. At about 3km there is a large boulder on the left with grand views to the north and a great place for a picnic. Slightly after the 3km mark you will come to the peak with spectacular 360 degree views. An iconic hike of Far North Queensland in Australia.
