Large parties of wheelmen intending tovisit Gloucester, should telegraph this hotel the day before, thatthe proprietor may have everything in readiness for them upontheir arrival. PAVILION HOTEL, on Western avenue, fronting the harbor, is under the manage-ment of Mr. William P. Davis—a landlord well known to formerpatrons of the Carleton and Everett Houses, at Jacksonville,. Mr. Davishas fitted up this hotel with all the modern improvements, andis entitled to a share of the seasons business, BASS ROCK HOUSE, at Bass Rocks, is conducted this year under the able manage-ment of Mr. F. H. Nunns (of the Quincy House, Boston). Itis the L. A. W. headquarters for that section of the city; wheel-men are right at home under this hospitable roof ; every room,of the seventy in the house, commands a magnificent viewof land and water scenery.
