Hidalgo Market in Guanajuato (Mexico). Open in 1910, this huge building (230 by 115 ft) has a metallic structure, high windows and cast iron ornamentation that bring the elegant airy appearance of a European station to it. Inside are lots of stalls selling meat and produce, regional arts and crafts and various souvenirs. Outside is held an open air market too. Le marché Hidalgo, à Guanajuato (Mexique). Inauguré en 1910, cet énorme bâtiment (70 mètres par 35) à armature métallique avec de grandes fenêtres, ressemble à une élégante gare Européenne. Une multitude d'étals vendent à l'intérieur viandes et produits d'alimentation, produits artisanaux régionaux et souvenirs. Un autre marché de plein air se tient à l'extérieur.
