Coast Guard Rear Adm. Vincent Atkins presents a check of more than $4 million to Mike Tosatto, chair of the Honolulu Pacific Federal Executive Board Feb. 29, 2016, at the Sunset Lanai aboard Camp Smith, Hawaii. Atkins presented the check on behalf of more than 18,000 donors within the Hawaii-Pacific Area to close the 2015 Hawaii-Pacific Combined Federal Campaign.
