The Fellowship Hall is atthe end of the corridor. Doors on the rightlead to the Pastors Study and to the Nur-sery, which is equipped with a loudspeaker to bring the worship service tothat room. The pulpit, communion table, pulpitchairs and railing around choir were allmade by Mr. Wakefield. A unique featureof the communion chairs (seen open) isthat they fold and slide under the floor,allowing the Communion Table to be mov-ed up to the pulpit desk when not in use. The Church has individual, spring cush-. ion seats, downstairs, seating 125. With abalcony and two overflow rooms down-stairs, the total seating capacity is 250. The Women of the Church have securedan electric organ, and the kitchen is wellequipped, with seating space for 60 in theFellowship Hall. There are eig-ht roomsthat can be used for classes. The entire cost of the building, withfurniture and other equipment, was about$22,, with a debt of between $11, and $12, All but $3, this amount is being liquidated in reg-ular monthly payments by the congrega-tion. This remainder is in short-term loans,and plans are under way to raise some ofthis and re-finance the rest over a periodof time. The Church took on new life in 1947,when five members of the local congrega-tion, together with about fifty others, ral-lied to the leadership of Mr. the early summer, services were heldin the Episcopal Church.
