Portrait of Joost van den Vondel (1587-1679) on ivory, Clemens Nachtegaal, 1600 - 1699 miniature Oval thin disc ivory on which in pen drawn the bust of a man. Signed under drawing 'Nachtegaal F' and on the back with 'Nachtegaal Fecit'. The portrait is that of an old man with a calot and a square collar. This portrait was originally in a double list with that of Const. Huijgens. (NG-KOG-1525-B). Oval ivory portrait, list is missing, pen on ivory.
