Wilson's species was taken from a Hammerhead Shark off the coast of North Carolina. The present specimens agree with Wilson's species in having the 4th leg 3-jointed, but differ in the shape of the furca which consists of 2 small acute subparallel prongs. 5 mm., ovisacs 3 mm.
