Michael Wathen, commanding officer Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mid-South presented representatives of the base Ombudsman program with certificates of appreciate during a luncheon at the base Helmsman Club. A part of the Navy Region Southeast and Navy Installations Command, NSA Mid-South serves as the Navy's Human Resources Center of Excellence.
