The plants will be operated from no-volt storage battery energy, derived from motor-generatorsets placed in the lower floors of the tower buildings. Thesignal and telephone work will be installed according toplans and specifications prepared by the signal departmentof the New York, Westchester & Boston Railway underthe direction of John Roberts, signal engineer. vjfiLt.
